Account Registration & Rules

Withdrawals

Withdrawals must generally be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit. This requirement exists to comply with anti-money-laundering obligations and to protect account holders from fraudulent payment redirection.

Bonuses & Promotions

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, mudah88 reserves the right to withhold and forfeit any outstanding balance to the extent permitted under applicable law. Any funds arising from fraudulent deposits or prohibited conduct will not be returned.

Limitation of Liability
